Job requirements:
* Male/Female, max 38 years old
* Associate / bachelor degree of Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering from reputable University
* Has working experience in a same capacity at least 5 years, preferably with property or building management background
* Dynamics, self motivated, good analytical thinking, and possesses strong leadership skill
* Good communication skill in English and Bahasa
* Computer literate
