Responsibilities:
* Introduce COMPANY to potential customer through telemarketing approach to increase market awareness on company logistic products & services existence and to improve company penetration in segmented market.
* Provide accurate and immediate responses to customer enquiry; order taking, shipment update, problem solving, claim or dispute issues.
* Extend products & services offering to current customer by maintaining relationship with customer’s persons daily in charge
* Compile and deliver service offering into written proposal format or quotation.
Requirements:
* Male/ Female, max 30 years old
* Diploma Degree (D3) / S1 in Administration/Management/Logistics Management or its equivalent, preferred from transport management.
* Minimum 1-2 years experience in telemarketing & sales administration, preferably in freight or logistics service industry handling regional and domestic shipping, road transport, airfreight and consolidation of small freight.
* Broad knowledge of local & international shipping regulations is a MUST.
* Broad knowledge of export & import customs regulations is a MUST.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Computer literate (MS Office & Windows Application).
