CASHIER

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for checking all claim / Reimbursement expense from all employee;
2. Preparing advance request ;
3. Responsible for recording and updating list advance request and report to Finance Manager ;
4. Preparing deposit & withdraw to bank daily ;
5. Checking the employee settlement ;
6. Checking monthly travel expense ;
7. Receive payment from client ;
8. Preparing the receipt for receiving any money ;
9. Responsible for deposit all payment fm client to bank daily ;
10. Responsible to insert all payment ;
11. Report the received payment to Finance Manager.

DESIRE PROFILE
1. At least bachelor degree or diploma (D3) in Finance, Accounting with 3 years experience in similar position.
2. Having skill & knowledge in use of accounting application.
3. Good interpersonal and analytical thinking.
4. Able to work independently and as a team as well.
5. Multi-tasking & computer literate.
6. Good command in English will be advantage.
